Crock-Pot Beef Stew

Flavorful, Hearty and Delicious Crock-Pot Beef Stew.

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 lb sweet potatoes (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 bag small carrots (chopped)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 celery stalks (chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 32 oz carton beef broth
  • 1 packet dry brown beef gravy packet

  1. Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

  3. Enjoy!
