Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 lb sweet potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 bag small carrots chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 32 oz carton beef broth
  • 1 packet dry brown beef gravy packet

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Enjoy!
