Gramma Lori’s Zucchini Bread

Gramma Lori's Zucchini Bread Is Amazing!

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 cups grated zucchini
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  1. Preheat over at 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all together and pour into 9 inch loaf pans.

  3. Bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes or pour into muffin tin and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
