Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Delicious Sweet & Sour Meatballs.

Ingredients
  

Meatballs

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbs minced onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Sauce

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Combine meatball mixture ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Form into balls and place in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  • Combine sauce mixture and pour over top of meatballs.
  • Cover and bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
